example of its use in context. Students take notes as desired.

introduces "A Dialogue at Work" activity, writing new vocabulary
on the board. Teacher elicits definitions from students and defines
unfamiliar terms. Learners practice pronunciation of terms.

have 15 minutes to practice dialogue, are encouraged to be as animated and
"natural" as possible, and to emphasize clarity and pronunciation.
